Dean Williams
Dean is Rocket’s Director, and is a dynamic leader with extensive local knowledge that he uses to solve the recruitment challenges of new and existing clients across the Midlands. He began work in recruitment 15 years ago, and has a reputation as a quick thinking problem solver. Dean forms long and lasting relationships with his client and candidate base, as he works hard to run the business with honesty and integrity. He is passionate about leaving no stone unturned in his mission to provide candidates with the best jobs, and clients with the best candidates. Outside of work Dean loves spending time with his family, hitting up Cannock chase on his MTB, going to the gym, and supporting local charitable projects.
Graham Williams
Graham is an experienced Recruitment Manager with over 25 years experience in the field. He is a dynamic leader with extensive industry knowledge and passion that he uses to solve the recruitment challenges of new and existing clients across the Midlands. His positive attitude and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, have led to an excellent reputation as a recruiter for permanent staff. Outside of work, Graham loves spending time with his family, playing golf, supporting local football team Northampton Town and going to the gym.
Kelly Evans (FREC)
Kelly is Rocket’s Business Development & Client Relationship Manager, and has been deeply involved in the recruitment industry with 19 years’ experience, progressing through a variety of sectors, roles, and specialisms. A recognised Fellow of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), she has committed the past two decades to continuous professional development through industry-specific distance learning, with no plans to stop. Her expertise spans local, national, and international recruitment, supporting SMEs, Blue Chip companies, and global organisations in sourcing exceptional talent.
Sharon Walsh
As an experienced Recruitment Manager specialising in the office professional sector with 25 years’ experience, I am committed to ensuring a positive outcome for both candidates and clients. I strive to facilitate successful matches that benefit everyone involved. I believe in a recruitment approach that is empathetic and transparent. My goal is to support candidates in finding opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations while helping clients build diverse, high-performing teams. In my spare time, I value moments with family , enjoy walking my dogs, and love meeting up with friends. Friends and family keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance and connection in both my personal and professional life.
Emily Edwards
Emily is our industrial Recruitment Consultant. She began her career in recruitment two years ago following the completion of her BA in media studies. Emily is passionate about helping companies find the best talent and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure successful placements. In her spare time Emily enjoys Dj’ing, fitness & walks with her dog.
Luke Randall
Luke is our newest engineering specialist, who joined Rocket in May 2024. He has a keen eye for detail and is dedicated to building strong relationships and fostering successful placements. His commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning enables him to stay at the top of industry developments, making him the trusted partner for the engineering teams of tomorrow.
Outside of work, Luke is a passionate sport fan, especially F1 and football.
