Being made redundant right at Christmas was a massive blow, so I started reaching out to several agencies. Dean got back to me straight away and really put the work in behind the scenes. He ended up finding me a role that actually pays better than my last one and offers way more career growth. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just try to "tick a box" or push me into the first thing available. Since I’ve started working with Rocket, I can honestly say this is the best job I’ve ever had. The people I’ve worked with have been really good to me since the very start.
