Dean Williams
Dean is Rocket’s Director, and is a dynamic leader with extensive local knowledge that he uses to solve the recruitment challenges of new and existing clients across the Midlands. He began work in recruitment 15 years ago, and has a reputation as a quick thinking problem solver. Dean forms long and lasting relationships with his client and candidate base, as he works hard to run the business with honesty and integrity. He is passionate about leaving no stone unturned in his mission to provide candidates with the best jobs, and clients with the best candidates. Outside of work Dean loves spending time with his family, hitting up Cannock chase on his MTB, going to the gym, and supporting local charitable projects.
Graham Williams
Graham is an experienced Recruitment Manager with over 25 years experience in the field. He is a dynamic leader with extensive industry knowledge and passion that he uses to solve the recruitment challenges of new and existing clients across the Midlands. His positive attitude and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, have led to an excellent reputation as a recruiter for permanent staff. Outside of work, Graham loves spending time with his family, playing golf, supporting local football team Northampton Town and going to the gym.
Emily Edwards
Emily is our industrial Recruitment Consultant. She began her career in recruitment two years ago following the completion of her BA in media studies. Emily is passionate about helping companies find the best talent and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure successful placements. In her spare time Emily enjoys Dj’ing, fitness & walks with her dog.
Gabi Ashenden
Gabi plays a key role as Rocket’s Branch Administrator, excelling in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with recruitment standards. Her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the team.
Recently awarded an Extended Diploma in Business, Gabi is eager to apply her knowledge and skills to further her career in recruitment.
Outside of work, Gabi is a passionate traveller who sets herself the goal of exploring a new destination each year. She enjoys documenting her adventures through scrapbooking, capturing memories from around the world. Her favourite quote? “The world is a book, and there are many pages for me to read.”
Alfie Powell
Alfie is a recent and enthusiastic addition to the Rocket team, joining as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant after completing his A-levels. He has quickly developed a passion for the engineering sector, where he focuses on placing permanent candidates with a genuine, honest, and approachable style.
Outside of work, Alfie is dedicated to fitness and is a regular at the gym. Known for his sharp style, he’s rarely seen without a fresh haircut or a new tattoo, reflecting his vibrant personality.
