Rocket Staffing are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers on behalf of our prestigious client based in Crick.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company. This role involves working outside, so applicants must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. The role also requires regular manual handling, heavy lifting and is very fast paced.

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Hours: Sunday – Thursday 20:00 – 04:30

Duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Picking and pulling stock to fulfil orders
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Supporting with general warehouse and yard-based operations
• Following instructions from your line manager and adhering to site safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• 3 years counterbalance experience
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Physically fit – heavy lifting involved
• PPE required: Safety boots and suitable layered clothing for outdoor work
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to full-time work
