Key Responsibilities:

Managing own caseload – Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Last Power of Attorney and Court of Protection matters from start to finish.

Being proactive in driving matters forward and keeping our clients, colleagues and stakeholders well-informed of progress.
Being a team player and assisting colleague.
Develop junior members of the team.

Salary – £35k +  pending experience

Hours  – 9 – 5.15  office based
