We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Executive to join our client’s vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Assist with the daily planning of customer deliveries.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers are comfortable and delighted with our products and services, even in challenging situations.
  • Approve and reconcile logistic invoices with customer deliveries.
  • Oversee and complete various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer care role.
