Client Services Co-ordinator – We have 3 Positions Available

2 X 14:00 – 22:00 (4 on 4 off)

1 X Saturday & Sunday – 08:00 – 16:00 (weekends only shift)

Location: Office Based, Daventry

Hourly Rate: £11.56 – £13.56 (DOE)

Start Date: 26/08/2024 (Training Monday 26th August – Friday 30th August)

Our client provides 24/7, 365 Telephone Answering Services to ensure no customer call goes unanswered!

What does the role look like:

Your first week will be training, where you will learn about the client services and the clients you support,
customer service, telephone answering and how to use the internal system, this provides you with the information and skills to l serve as a crucial point of contact for clients’ callers, addressing their queries, managing their calls, and accurately conveying messages within the system.

You will be an important point of contact for clients, answering queries, handling their calls, and accurately relaying messages within the system as if you were based in their office.

Offering a variety of customer service solutions, such as managing inbound and outbound calls and carrying out numerous administrative tasks for clients.

If you have:

A clear, confident telephone manner with the ability to listen and take down information.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering a demanding service.
Drive and passion to make a difference in people’s lives.
Resilience to work in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in IT, especially Outlook, Excel, and Web Applications.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Calm under pressure, good problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an empathetic nature.
