About the Role:

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our client, who has doubled in size over the last 18 months and continues to expand! The company provides 24/7, 365 Telephone Answering Services to ensure no customer call goes unanswered.

As a Client Services Co-ordinator, you will:

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Provide a variety of customer service solutions, managing calls, addressing queries, and delivering accurate messages.
• Upload important information with attention to detail onto internal systems.
• Work as part of a small night team, where dependability and reliability are imperative to maintain smooth operations during critical overnight hours.
