Position: Bilingual Customer Service – French & English speaking
Start times: Monday – Thursday 08:00am – 16:30pm, Friday 08:00 – 16:00
Salary: £26,000
The right candidate must be Fluent in: French & English
Rocket staffing is recruiting on behalf of a client based in Rugby for experienced Customer Service Executives to work within the Customer Contact Centre.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in giving the very best service and can use their initiative in the workplace.
This is NOT a call centre environment but a team who provide the very best service to clients.

The role:
- You will be answering calls, chats and emails from French clients dealing with orders, queries and any discrepancies.
- Updating, taking and uploading orders onto the system.
- Provide a professional service, doing your best to resolve any issues and ensuring the customer is supported and kept updated throughout the process.
- You will need to be able to multitask, prioritise and have the initiative to problem solve.
- You will be fully supported by excellent managers.
