What You’ll Do:
Handle incoming queries via phone, emails & online chats
Respond to customer queries and follow through until resolved
Process orders and payments
Assist with warranty issues
What You Need:
🇫🇷 Fluent in French
Strong customer service skills
Great with Microsoft Office
The ability to manage and resolve queries
